From Passion to Purpose
What began as a simple love for sharing authentic African cuisine has grown into a deeper mission bringing people together through food.
From the vibrant flavors of Togo to the heart of Vermont, Le Bon GoûT embodies the meaning of “The Good Taste,” offering authentic African cuisine that celebrates culture, warmth, and shared experience.
Since 2019, what started as a small passion has evolved into a catering and takeout business rooted in cultural pride and meaningful connection.
Inspired by the meals and traditions she grew up with, Elom founded Le Bon GoûT to recreate the comfort, joy, and togetherness that food naturally brings to every table.
Each dish is prepared with care, using authentic ingredients, bold spices, and time-honored recipes that reflect the richness of West African cooking. From hearty stews and fragrant rice dishes to comforting soups and handmade specialties, every plate is designed to introduce customers to the depth and beauty of African cuisine.
Through catering, pop-up events, and community gatherings, Le Bon GoûT continues to grow beyond food service. It stands as a celebration of culture and shared experience — One Plate at a Time!
